Cambria Hotel LAX

It was really clean. The staff was friendly and it was kind of hidden in the in the back. It wasn’t like a busy area.

Upon arrival, I was barely greeted by a woman who could barely raise her eyes from the computer, seemed in a general annoyed mood. Once I was settled in, I found other staff to be very accomodating and helpful. The pool was nice. It has a nice bar/coffee shop where one can get a drink or order food. The airport shuttle service was advertised, even in email I received during my stay, but I was told there was not shuttle service for early flights.....though I had chosen the hotel based on getting a very early shuttle. They did offer to get UBER for me. Be sure to verify that service and hours of operation. I would stay there again based on the manager who was on duty during my stay.

The hotel was very nice accommodations-wise, and the staff were very kind.

We always stay here but every time it gets less and less better. The staff is great, they were able to do an early check. The room wasn’t clean, towels weren’t changed after our first day but we got an late check out because of that. The window was also broken ( had a gap in between the seams). All that being said, it is a high chance we will stay here again, just because is a great location, close to LAX and Manhattan Beach.

Everything about my stay was fantastic—great service, comfort, and an overall top-notch experience. Definitely a 10/10!
